Since I’m moving away for work I’m renting out my apartment in the 2nd district
( U2 station taborstraße exit novaragasse )
From October or beginning of November till end of mai ( +/- one month )
I’m flexible :)

50m2 plus balcony and extra storage room
Apartment includes living room, bath room with washing machine and dryer,
Bed room etc
You have very close by every kind of supermarket Billa, Spar, penny Markt etc and a bipa. 2 minute walk to U2 station Tabor Straße, 10 Minute walk to U1 praterstern and tram lines 2 and the 5B
Its a sublet, so I can’t change the rent.
Deposit is one month rent and you have to Pay the first months rent in advance.
Since it’s a short term contract, I’ll provide towels and bed sheets, if needed.
Unfortunately no pets allowed :) Professionals preferred.
Gas and Electricity is extra and the cost depends on your usage.
